Rob Boylan Rob holds a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Bond University, is a qualified Home Sustainability Assessor and Valuer being a member of the Australian Property Institute. Rob has spent the past 38 years in the Property Industry as a Valuer, Project Manager and Property Developer. Rob's extensive valuation experience enforces the importance of adding value through energy efficient measures and the importance of these changes being economically viable. In turn this will add value to the property as well as ongoing savings on operating costs. Rob’s extensive experience in the Valuation and Project Development sector provides him the ability to offer you expert building energy assessment and sustainable energy solutions for your residential or commercial building needs. Martin Howells General Manager Martin is Advantage Energy Assessors (AEA) Business Development Manager, overseeing projects, training, compliance, marketing, tenders/funding, new business growth, and scope assistance. Martin is responsible for the day to day running of the companies assessment and pool safety inspection divisions. Martin has over 25 years of industry knowledge and has extensive industry links, and brings over a decade of management and senior management experience to the business. Martin is a licensed Pool Safety Inspector, Home Sustainability Assessor and holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. He has had extensive project management, facilitation and implementation experience. Has worked on several large projects for Federal Government, including the coordination and Management of the Telstra 2 Share Offer infrastructure, Contract management and refurbishment/replacement of the entire Parliament House Telecommunications Equipment system (5,000 extensions). His business attributes, marketing and networking abilities along with his highly developed interpersonal skills make him a valuable asset to AEA.
Johse Boyd-Hunter Project Coordinator Johse is Advantage Energy Assessors (AEA) team manager and customer liaison officer. She is responsible for coordinating all bookings on behalf of over 50 assessors, auditors and inspectors. Her role involves all facets of appointment scheduling and diary management and she runs the day to day communications, troubleshooting and customer relations between our marketing team, assessors, auditors and inspectors. She also acts as our key interface into the government departments we deal with for lodging bookings and paperwork and resolving operational issues. She also handles recruitment and compliance with our marketing team. She has an extensive history in team management and sales within both the wholesale and retail industries. Aeisha De Souza Carvalho Financial Controller / Group Administrator Aeisha is responsible for the day to operational aspects of a busy office and maintains our financial relationships with all our suppliers and staff. She has an extensive background in systems and processes and has worked in the fast paced hospitality world as a leading food and beverage manager. Aeisha is also responsible for all the processes and systems for the office including our HR, IT, CRM and other systems to support the team. As head of our Accounts Department, Aeisha manages the companies accounting matters and financial affairs whilst heading up the administration team to ensure the efficient and stream lined operation of all administration processes. With a strong managerial background Aeisha’s ability to drive and motivate her team demonstrates her effectiveness in Advantage Groups success. Madison Blacklock Front Office Manager Madison is our main interface between our customers, clients and firms. She handles a very busy inbound call centre and provides secretarial services across a number of businesses. Madison organises the office and ensures that everyone has the tools and resources to get the job done. During her time with us she has become a most valued team member and is now responsible for helping run a fast past reception whilst providing the entire team with administrative support.
